144a Godley Road Green Bay, Waitakere City

Secret Godley Godsend

Set in a riverside paradise of 1492m2 this handsome contemporary bungalow enjoys a luscious environment reminiscent of a quiet English countryside yet right in the heart of West Auckland's smallest suburb.

Strategically placed bench seats bear obvious testimony to the tranquility and serenity of the location, serious forerunners of long lazy sunny summer afternoons enjoying the gentle tinkle of flowing water. An original wooden bridge crosses the waterway to link the section just adds to the idyllic scene.

Offering good accommodation the property has three good bedrooms and a fourth utility room in the basement level, certainly a possible fourth bedroom or great hobby space. Marvel at the peace of this restful right of way position, hidden from the passer-by yet right across the road from Green Bay High School. With a bus stop virtually on your doorstep public transport is so simple, this little hidden secret is a secret no more.

Auction this Saturday at 3:30pm on site, open from 3pm.
