Alex Shields

Alex is an experienced property professional with over a year and a half of hands-on experience in residential property management, leasing and tenant placement. Having progressed from property management into a broader Business Development role, Alex now focuses on building strong relationships with landlords, onboarding new property management clients, and delivering effective tenant-finding and leasing solutions.

Alex has also completed the New Zealand Certificate in Residential Property Management (Level 4), strengthening his knowledge of tenancy legislation, compliance, property management processes and industry best practice.

Before entering property, Alex built a strong foundation in both B2C and B2B sales, including three years in household appliances and five years as a Territory Manager in the FMCG sector. This experience has developed his ability to build lasting client relationships, communicate clearly, negotiate effectively and consistently deliver results.

Passionate about people and driven by service excellence, Alex combines his property management experience with his sales and business development background to provide landlords with a professional, transparent and results-focused service from securing quality tenants through to ongoing property management.
